Doctor Choi Ju-young admitted that he is trying his best to help Dinh Trong recover as soon as possible to keep up with U22 Vietnam to attend the 30th SEA Games.
Doctor Choi Ju-young is currently rushing to implement trauma treatment for Tran Dinh Trong and Phan Van Duc.
Because these are two extremely important players in both the national level and U22 Vietnam in the 30th SEA Games campaign at the end of this year, the process of treating injuries at PVF Center has always been concerned by the coaching team as well as the whole country.
In the press conference on July 25, Mr. Choi Ju-young has some notable sharing about the situation of the players.
'Both Van Duc and Dinh Trong are important players for upcoming tournaments like the AFC U23 Championship Finals 2022 World Cup qualifiers or SEA Games 30. Currently, I am trying my best to help them so they can come back as soon as possible.
The treatment process is going well. It usually takes 6 months of treatment for Dinh Trong. Previously I once work with another athlete with similar injuries. After 4 months, he fully recovered and was able to play again. Recently, Xuan Hung (Thanh Hoa FC), has similar injuries and was able to return in 5 months.
I will try my best to help Dinh Trong recover in the next 3, 4 months for the 30th SEA Games, but it will be difficult for me to say the exact time he can return. I want to challenge, want to turn the impossible into possible ', Mr. Choi affirmed.
“After 3 or 4 months, if Dinh Trong fails to reach his physical condition and has an important match, I will not let him play. Trong should fully recover. I care about his health first. It is difficult to see after the process of recovering the players will be like. I want to try to do the best for Dinh Trong and Van Duc ', Choi said.
